Description

You will design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, and custom APIs.
  • Develop secure and high-performance data flows supporting core business processes.
  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to define integration requirements.
  • Manage data transformation between disparate systems.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
  • Expertise in REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, and JDBC web service standards.
  • Familiarity with data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and YAML.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Experience working within an Agile Delivery framework.
