Description

You will design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, and custom APIs.
• Develop secure, high-performance data flows supporting core business processes.
• Manage data transformation between disparate systems.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to define integration requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, and JDBC web service standards.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, and YAML data formats.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and SAML authentication protocols.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Experience working within an Agile Delivery framework.
