You will lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions and enterprise-level integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions and enterprise-level integrations.
• Lead ServiceNow projects and technical teams as a solution architect.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to platform architecture and scripting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Certifications in project management or architecture such as PMP or TOGAF.
