Description

You will design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations connecting ServiceNow to external systems like Jira, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Implement and secure data flows to support core business processes.
• Manage data transformation and integration patterns using ServiceNow APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to deliver integration functionality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience (implementation, scripting, administration).
• 3+ years designing integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side scripting.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, and JDBC standards.
• Familiarity with data formats: JSON, XML, CSV, YAML.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, SAML, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
