Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like AWS and Azure, while owning the platform's integration architecture and CMDB health.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using APIs, Web Services, IntegrationHub, and middleware technologies.
• Configure and maintain ITOM Discovery for on-premises and cloud resources (AWS & Azure).
• Develop custom integrations using Flow Designer, Business Scripts, UI Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for consolidation and improvement.
• Provide technical stewardship, operational support, and on-call coverage as needed.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and SOAP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, and Powershell.
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.
• Knowledge of CSDM framework and ITOM Discovery.
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
