Description

You will own the integration of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, building workflow automations and frontend interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate ServiceNow ITSM or CSM modules to support business processes.
• Develop and implement workflow automations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular.
• Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 9 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
• 3 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM.
• Mandatory experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Integration.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with frontend scripting using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in a relevant technical field.
