Description

You will engineer and maintain complex integrations within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Service Management, CMDB, and API solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Service Management integrations across ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Configure and manage CMDB and Discovery integrations.
• Develop solutions utilizing Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Mid Servers.
• Write and manage scripts using REST/SOAP and API management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in integration engineering.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Service Management modules (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with Mid Servers and scripting (REST/SOAP).
• Solid understanding of API design and management.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
