Description

You will lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across various Customer Service applications and modules.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture, standards, policies, framework, and best practices for automation aligned with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security policies.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-friendly ServiceNow solutions by defining HLDs and LLDs.
• Design and oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, IoT platforms, and enterprise systems including SAP and Salesforce.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators working on ServiceNow implementations.
• Optimize existing setups and design to continuously improve performance using ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of IT experience, with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture and integration.
• Strong experience in designing and writing optimized code using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules such as Case Management.
• Familiarity with integration patterns involving SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience defining and implementing workflows within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of XML integration standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
