Description

Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across Customer Service applications and modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, standards, and best practices for automation aligned with Enterprise Architecture and Security policies.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions using HLDs and LLDs.
• Design and oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, IoT platforms, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
• Optimize existing setups and design to continuously improve performance.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of IT experience, with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture and integration.
• Strong experience designing and writing optimized code using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules such as Case Management.
• Familiarity with integration patterns involving SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience defining and implementing workflows within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of XML integration standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
