Description

Lead the design, development, and management of ServiceNow integrations with external enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build REST/SOAP API-based integrations using JSON, LDAP, SSO, and JDBC.
• Configure and manage Integration Hub and MID Servers for seamless connectivity.
• Implement secure integration patterns using OAuth, Basic Authentication, and certificates.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure integrity across platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Import Sets, Export Sets, IDR, Remote Tables, and Remote Processes.
• Strong proficiency with REST and SOAP web services and API design.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with Workday, Azure AD, SCCM, Splunk, and SAP.
• Solid understanding of middleware technologies and enterprise security practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB integrations.
• Background in optimizing integration efficiency and workflow improvements.
