Description

You will lead ServiceNow integration and knowledge management efforts for the VA EHRM Office of the Deputy Chief Information Officer.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and document solutions using models and presentations based on deployment experience.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing functionality within ServiceNow.
• Facilitate data gathering and report creation for leadership, responding to data calls.
• Develop project plans for new work and manage execution to plan.
• Provide guidance and direction on ServiceNow implementation, acting as liaison between customer and technical team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional work experience (5+ years minimum).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience designing and developing software products or major enhancements in a healthcare/clinical environment.
• Act as the highest level technical expert for systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, and informatics across multiple platforms.
• Experience performing feasibility analysis on potential future projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, computer science, engineering, or technical related field.
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders with divergent needs and drive standards.
