Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow integrations across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Remote Tables to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Develop REST and SOAP APIs using JSON, handling authentication via OAuth, Basic Auth, and certificates.
• Manage end-to-end integration lifecycles from requirements gathering and solution design to testing and deployment.
• Implement data mapping, transformation logic, and security protocols to ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize existing workflows for efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration projects.
• Deep expertise in Web Services, REST, SOAP, JSON, and middleware technologies.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import/Export Sets, and IDR.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Proven track record integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, Workday, Azure AD, SCCM, Splunk, or SAP.
• Ability to design secure authentication methods and ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent technical documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HR Service Delivery and other business application integrations.
• Experience with service discovery and instance data replication.
