Description

You will design, build, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, primarily Banner ERP. You own the data flow from ingestion to transformation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Scheduled Jobs to automate data synchronization and processing tasks.
• Build and maintain integrations using the Boomi platform and ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Design REST and SOAP web services to facilitate secure data exchange.
• Configure ServiceNow Transform Maps to import and transform JSON data accurately.
• Ensure data integrity across ServiceNow and Banner ERP systems.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Integration Hub Spokes.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi integration platform.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP web services development.
• Expertise in JSON data formats and manipulation.
• Experience developing and managing ServiceNow Scheduled Jobs.
• Integration experience with Banner ERP systems.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration roles.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
