Responsibilities

• Support developers and administrators in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions, workflows, and modules.
• Document platform configurations, processes, and customizations for internal reference.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and technical outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
