Description

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions with a specific focus on Information Risk Management (IRM), owning the technical direction to ensure alignment with business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and architectural best practices.
• Implement Information Risk Management processes and workflows directly within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams regarding platform architecture and design.
• Optimize ServiceNow solutions to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and process flows.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Architect experience with a focus on Information Risk Management (IRM).
• Mandatory Information Risk Management (IRM) certification.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and design.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, integrations, and customizations.
• Strong understanding of Information Risk Management processes and workflows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
