Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions tailored to client environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect ServiceNow IRM solutions including policy, risk, and audit management modules.
• Configure IRM portals, policies, risks, audit test plans, vendor contracts, and operational reports.
• Develop solution architectures by analyzing client environments and recommending best approaches.
• Perform hands-on development of policies, controls, indicators, risk frameworks, and assessments.
• Build forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and business rules.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with 4+ years specifically as an IRM Architect.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow GRC product offerings and IRM product inter-relationships.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow integration with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with clients to define solution architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, or AngularJS.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance or Vendor Risk Management.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR or ISO.
