Description

You will lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions across Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity domains.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural roadmaps.
• Guide implementation teams and provide architectural oversight to ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align IRM modules with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms such as Archer or SAP GRC.
• Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years specifically in ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (mandatory).
• Expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and SOX.
• Experience designing complex ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and data modeling.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM), Operational Resilience, or ESG modules.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL, or experience in highly regulated industries.
