Description

Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions for risk, policy, compliance, audit, and vendor risk management within the financial services sector.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead native/OOTB IRM solution design and implementation for large-scale environments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure technical delivery aligns with business requirements.
• Apply expertise in Risk, Policy, Compliance, Audit, and VRM modules to solve complex governance challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IRM with broader data ecosystems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow IRM, including Risk, Policy, Compliance, Audit, and VRM.
• Proven track record in native/OOTB IRM solution design and implementation.
• Strong background in Banking/Financial Services, specifically with Global Systemically Important Banks (GSIBs).
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and technical delivery.
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Snowflake or Data Mesh integrations.
