Description

You will implement and maintain ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, owning the configuration, development, and integration lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IRM components.
• Develop workflows, implement UI policies, and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and custom scripting.
• Maintain and extend the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Communicate complex technical solutions to technical and senior leadership audiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years total development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Strong command of JavaScript, Java, and Jelly Scripting.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configurations, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, XML, and Angular JS.
• Familiarity with GRC/IRM industry trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience communicating technical architecture to senior leadership.
