Description

You will design, configure, and implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Customize UI elements, forms, fields, list dashboards, and portals, automating workflows using client-side scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems for data exchange, such as CMDB, SAP, and Microsoft Intune.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct peer reviews, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and prepare release documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, and other ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with GRC frameworks, including SOX, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with access control models, RBAC, and ACLs.
• Ability to design and implement risk and control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes.
