Description

You will design, configure, and implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules on the ServiceNow platform.

Design and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management. Customize UI elements, forms, fields, list dashboards, and portals. Automate workflows using client-side scripts and integrate with third-party systems like CMDB, SAP, and Microsoft Intune for data exchange. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct peer reviews, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and prepare release documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with GRC frameworks: SOX, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with access control models, RBAC, and ACLs.
• Ability to design and implement risk and control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP and Microsoft Intune.
• Background in audit management configuration.
