Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions. You will own the vendor risk lifecycle, issue management, and remediation workflows while building risk reporting and dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM and TPRM applications to solve business problems.
• Manage the vendor risk lifecycle, including issue tracking and remediation processes.
• Build and maintain risk reporting mechanisms and executive dashboards.
• Integrate IRM with additional ServiceNow modules such as LSD, ITSM, or ITOM.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM development experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and risk reporting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Experience implementing vendor risk lifecycle and issue management workflows.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules including LSD, ITSM, or ITOM.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
