Description

You will design, develop, implement, and maintain Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and configuration of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
• Configure functional data such as Notifications, SLAs, and reporting.
• Develop and manage script objects including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flows/Workflows.
• Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, or MID Server.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow IRM modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM capabilities.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development components (Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Flows).
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions for risk management.
• Familiarity with Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
