You will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM modules to support enterprise risk, compliance, and audit functions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Customize UI elements, forms, fields, lists, dashboards, and portals.
• Automate workflows using client-side and server-side scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems such as CMDB, SAP, and Microsoft Intune.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and UAT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs including GlideRecord, GlideForm, and GlideAggregate.
• Experience with GRC frameworks such as SOX, NIST, or ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of access control models, including RBAC and ACLs.
• Ability to design and implement risk and control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM or GRC.
