Description

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow IRM and SecOps solutions, serving as the subject matter expert and squad point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Build automated workflows, risk scoring models, indicators, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Configure continuous monitoring, control testing, attestation workflows, and evidence collection processes.
• Manage platform upgrades, ensuring compatibility of customizations and adherence to platform guardrails.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms.
• Optimize existing IRM modules for performance and usability while maintaining data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years’ hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration: workflows, forms, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceGraph and integration solutions.
• Experience integrating with CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Ability to automate security incident response playbooks using SOAR.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in data modeling, table structures, and relationships within ServiceNow.
• Experience enabling vulnerability scanning and patch automation via VM tool integration.
