Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for ServiceNow within the squad.
• Build automated workflows, risk scoring models, indicators, dashboards, and reporting.
• Configure continuous monitoring, control testing, and evidence collection workflows.
• Optimize existing IRM modules for performance and usability.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across GRC/IRM processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with ServiceNow (SecOps & IRM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and forms.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and ServiceGraph.
• Experience with automated workflows and security orchestration playbooks.
• Knowledge of data modeling, table structures, and ACL configurations in ServiceNow.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and audit standards.
