Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or MID Server.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow GRC modules, including IRM, TPRM, and Procurement.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
• Experience using ServiceNow development tools such as Studio and Flow Designer.
• Working knowledge of integration methods including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Deep understanding of access control, specifically role-based access and inheritance of role and record-based permissions.
• Experience designing integration approaches to share data between client and third-party systems.
• Proven track record with GRC/IRM technology platforms such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in the BFSI sector.
