Description

Deliver ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) development projects from requirements analysis through implementation and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Complete technical and implementation design documentation.
• Provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with development and performance standards.
• Mentor team members on design and coding techniques.
• Assist the scrum team in preparing configurations for production and consult with product owners on requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
• 8+ years of overall development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS.
• Experience utilizing Agile principles and tools, including Rally.
• Familiarity with GRC/IRM industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to technical teams and senior leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Prior technical experience in systems analysis or programming.
