Description

Design and implement scalable compliance and risk solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Complete technical implementation design documentation and provide accurate estimates for build and test phases.
• Perform regular code reviews and implementations to ensure alignment with performance standards while mentoring engineers on design techniques.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to prepare configurations for production and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Consult with product owners to provide technical recommendations, roadmap input, and tool evaluations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, XML, and Jelly scripting.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AngularJS.
• Experience working within Agile environments using tools like Rally.
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials.
• Working knowledge of GCP.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning or Generative AI.
