Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for ServiceNow IRM projects, from requirements analysis through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development projects through all lifecycle phases including requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Conduct code and implementation reviews, providing coaching on design and coding standards to scrum team members.
• Prepare configurations for production in collaboration with the scrum team.
• Review test scripts and align testing activities with the wider testing strategy, participating in unit, integration, and UAT.
• Consult with product owners, offering technical recommendations to ensure requirements are met and providing input into the technical roadmap and architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
• Hands-on configuration experience with ServiceNow, including workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, Java, Jelly Scripting, and Angular JS.
• Experience utilizing Agile principles and tools, including Rally.
• Demonstrated ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with GRC/IRM industry trends.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
