Description

You will design scalable compliance and risk solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, and documentation.
• Complete technical design documentation and provide accurate estimates for build, test, and implementation phases.
• Conduct code and implementation reviews, coaching the scrum team on design and coding techniques.
• Assist in preparing production configurations and review test scripts during UAT.
• Consult with product owners to drive requirements to success and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or platform development.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform, specifically within Compliance & Risk (IRM) domains.
• Strong experience working with Java.
• Experience participating in a scrum team utilizing agile principles and Rally.
• Familiarity with Product Owner responsibilities and ability to consult with them.
• Ability to provide technical consultation and drive project requirements to successful completion.
