Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
• Translate business objectives into scalable and secure technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Guide and mentor technical teams through the IRM implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, focusing on GRC processes.
• 10+ years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or a related field.
• Proven success architecting and delivering large enterprise ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Expertise in Issue Management and Incident Management within ServiceNow IRM.
• Knowledge of Loss Events and Controls Testing capabilities.
• Experience with Risk Identification and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
• Familiarity with Emerging Risk programs.
