Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise on risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
• Guide and mentor technical teams through the full IRM implementation lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures for Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events, and Controls Testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or related fields.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, specifically focusing on GRC processes.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large enterprise ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Issue Management and Incident Management within ServiceNow IRM.
• Knowledge of Loss Events and Controls Testing capabilities.
• Experience conducting Risk Identification and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
• Familiarity with Emerging Risk programs.
