Description

You will own the implementation and advisory functions for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on leading practices for structuring entity alignments, risk frameworks, and scoring methodologies within ServiceNow IRM.
• Lead the functional setup and refinement of the risk register, ensuring data integrity and clear ownership across the IRM data model.
• Optimize workflows for issue intake and remediation, linking risks, controls, and evidence for audit transparency.
• Partner with IT and Third-Party Risk teams to align digital assets, vendors, and business functions with the risk posture.
• Design and deploy executive-level dashboards and reports translating raw IRM data into actionable risk intelligence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit.
• Extensive hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Issue Management).
• Deep understanding of NIST, ISO, COSO, or SOX frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders and documenting technical requirements.
• Proven ability to ensure IRM configurations are scalable and align with ServiceNow standards.
