Description

Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules to support enterprise risk, compliance, and audit initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, BCM, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
• Configure automated risk assessments, compliance attestations, issue management, and approval workflows.
• Develop custom ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Map policies to control objectives and support enterprise risk and control management.
• Build dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics for executive and operational reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer).
• Experience with Risk & Compliance, Policy & Compliance, BCM, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC 2, and risk management methodologies.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Risk & Compliance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
