Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in IT environments.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong understanding of IT operations management processes.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Hands-on experience leading application development projects.
• Background in Application Development.
