Description

You will manage IT service delivery using the ServiceNow platform and ITIL frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident and problem management processes.
• Drive change management workflows to ensure operational stability.
• Manage IT infrastructure and operations within a ServiceNow environment.
• Utilize CMDB to maintain accurate configuration data.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery or operations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform management.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITIL 4 certification.
• Hands-on experience with Major Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Strong technical knowledge of Azure and AWS environments.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience managing IT Infrastructure & Operations.
• Ability to work with CMDB structures.
