ServiceNow ITAM Architect

You will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITAM and HAM modules, managing software and hardware asset lifecycles from discovery to retirement.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and actions to meet specific ITAM and HAM requirements.
• Build integrations with third-party systems for data synchronization using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Ensure compliance with software license and hardware asset policies through effective configuration and automation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain technical documentation and release notes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITAM and HAM modules.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing asset lifecycle processes.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including APIs, workflows, and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations for data population and synchronization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for effective solution delivery.
• Experience in peer reviews, technical validations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Active participation in continuous improvement and staying current with ServiceNow best practices.
