Define the technical and architectural blueprint for implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro within the enterprise ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SAM Pro architecture aligned with ESM, ITAM, CMDB, and ITSM strategies.
• Develop target architecture including foundation data, normalization, reconciliation, and software models.
• Architect integration solutions between SAM Pro and external systems like SCCM, JAMF, Flexera, and Workday.
• Guide business analysts, developers, and project managers on design decisions and compliance.
• Validate test cases, data validation logic, and compliance calculations while defining governance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Strong exposure to ITSM, SAM Pro, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Deep understanding of software licensing models (SaaS and On-Prem).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITAM processes.
• Experience with software catalog and data governance.

Preferred Skills

• CIS Certification in SAM and Discovery.
• Expertise with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and platform performance tuning.
