Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure end-to-end asset lifecycle workflows, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Implement and customize Software Asset Management (SAM) features and compliance controls.
• Integrate ITAM with CMDB, ITSM, and ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate asset tracking and data ingestion.
• Normalize, reconcile, and report on asset data to support governance and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ITAM solutions with business and operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Proven ability to implement and customize complex asset lifecycle workflows.
• Experience integrating ITAM with CMDB, ITSM, and Discovery modules.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model and asset relationships.
• Proficiency in process automation and optimization techniques.
• Experience with asset compliance, optimization, and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications in ITAM or ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
