Description

You will own the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to delivery.
• Configure ServiceNow SAM Pro, including initial setup, publisher-specific packs, and plugins.
• Write JavaScript for business rules, workflows, UI actions, and APIs.
• Manage the entitlement upload process and perform regular reconciliation of deployment details.
• Own your code through the full lifecycle, including design, implementation, and test automation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in design and development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Angular.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow framework: UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, and Business Rules.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration, reporting, SQL, and Database views.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, or ServiceNow CAD certifications.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications.
