Key Skills: Service Now, ITOM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITAM solutions using HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Configure and maintain asset lifecycle processes across procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Implement Software Asset Management (SAM) features including license management, normalization, reconciliation, and reclamation.
• Develop Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows and automate asset operations.
• Configure ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 12 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and ITAM implementation experience.
• ServiceNow development experience, including ITAM configuration and customization.
• HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementation for asset lifecycle and software license management.
• CMDB data quality practices, reconciliation, and maintaining asset relationships.
• Integration development using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow Integration Hub, including Discovery/Service Mapping and MID Server.

Good to Have:

• ITOM experience and integrations with tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Flexera, Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
