Description

Design and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions using HAM Pro and SAM Pro to manage the full asset lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain asset lifecycle processes across procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Implement Software Asset Management features including license management, normalization, reconciliation, and reclamation.
• Develop Hardware Asset Management workflows and automate asset operations.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and ITAM implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in HAM Pro and SAM Pro for asset lifecycle and software license management.
• Proficiency in CMDB data quality practices, reconciliation, and maintaining asset relationships.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integration development using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Server configuration.
• Ability to configure complex workflows using Flow Designer and Catalog Items.

Preferred Skills

• ITOM experience and integrations with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Flexera, Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
