Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions, focusing on Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions for SAM and HAM modules.
• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycles using Flexra and ServiceNow.
• Utilize Jira for task and workflow management.
• Integrate asset management processes with existing Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management.
• Extensive ServiceNow ITAM development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
• Hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules.
• Direct experience using the Flexra tool.
• Proficiency with Jira for task and workflow management.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Software License management.
• Experience with MicroFocus UFT scripting tools.
