Description

You will design, develop, and implement IT Asset Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow ITAM solutions, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAMPro) and Software Asset Management (SAMPro).
• Design and build integrations with third-party tools including SCCM, Qualys, AWS, and Azure using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to improve asset tracking and compliance.
• Perform data reconciliation, normalization, and mapping to ensure accurate asset discovery.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance within highly secured environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM (HAMPro and SAMPro) implementation.
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills within the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Qualys, and cloud discovery for AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of ITIL, asset lifecycle management, and software compliance.
• Experience working in environments with strict data governance and security requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps.
