Description

Develop and maintain IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning custom scripting, LDAP integration, and ITIL process implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom scripts and configurations using JavaScript to meet ITAM requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with LDAP for user and identity management.
• Implement and support ITIL framework processes within the platform.
• Manage web development tasks related to ServiceNow interface and functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or platform engineering.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with LDAP.
• Knowledge of Web development.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
