Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow IT Asset Management framework, ensuring accurate software licensing and compliance across Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, and VMware environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances specifically for asset management workflows.
• Implement logic related to complex software licensing models for major vendors.
• Analyze asset data to ensure compliance, accuracy, and lifecycle management.
• Support the end-to-end software asset management processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in software asset management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically SAM Pro or related ITAM modules.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow instances.
• Familiarity with software licensing models for Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, and VMware.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) certification.
