Description

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, develop & support ServiceNow ITAM solutions end-to-end
Implement and enhance Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro)
Manage complete asset lifecycle – procurement, receiving, deployment, assignment, transfer, maintenance, return, retirement & disposal
Configure Hardware Models, Assets, Stockrooms, Inventory, Software Models, Entitlements & License Metrics
Support software reconciliation, normalization, license compliance & optimization
Maintain relationships between Assets, CIs, CMDB, Users, Locations, Contracts & Cost Centers
Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer
Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets & Transform Maps
Integrate with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Discovery, SAP/ERP, HR and procurement systems
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs & Scripted REST APIs
Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, testing and support upgrades/releases

Mandatory Skills
6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong ServiceNow ITAM experience
Hands-on HAM & SAM/SAM Pro
Strong understanding of software licensing & compliance
Asset lifecycle management
CMDB & Configuration Items
ServiceNow Discovery & software discovery
Software normalization & reconciliation
REST/SOAP integrations
IntegrationHub & MID Server
Import Sets & Transform Maps
Strong ServiceNow scripting skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Good to Have
ServiceNow CSA / CAD / ITAM certifications
SCCM/MECM & Microsoft Intune
SAP/ERP integrations
Procurement / Contract Management
ITIL knowledge
Enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementation experience
ServiceNow upgrade & migration experience
