Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including SAM Pro and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), while ensuring data integrity across the CMDB and enterprise integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAM Pro, HAM, and ITAM modules following ServiceNow best practices.
• Customize workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Manage Service Catalog, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources, Reports, Dashboards, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM to maintain accurate asset and configuration data.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools via REST/SOAP APIs, SCCM, BigFix, and ADDM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITAM, specifically SAM Pro and HAM.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, XML/JSON, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow customization.
• Familiarity with discovery and inventory tools such as SCCM, BigFix, and ADDM.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications in SAM, HAM, or ITOM modules.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Hardware Asset Management processes including procurement and retirement.
