Description

You will own IT Asset Management development within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data integrity.
• Implement and optimize IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and workflows.
• Develop and execute data integration tasks using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Maintain system stability and performance for ITAM modules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) configuration and development.
• Deep understanding of CMDB data models, relationships, and management practices.
• Proficiency with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong background in IT asset lifecycle management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
• Knowledge of cloud-based asset management solutions.
